Interested in zero waste hair products?
So am I, when I learnt about the amount of water in conditioners and then the need to store it in a vessel like a plastic bottle.
Companies choose plastic because it's light, easy to freight and can make their brand stand out because that's the only thing that as a consumer was making you choose their product over another.
We are essentially shipping water and plastic across the world.
I started to only buy Australian made to limit my impact.
Next looked to refill options for my products.
Till finally while researching about Ingredients I realised we can use bar products. But most bars I compared were more like body moisturiser formulas. Butter and oil, great sealers but not going to lower pH and smooth cuticle like conditioner is designed for.
So I took my curly hair product knowledge and a huge client base of hair types and designed the first cowash conditioner bar.
