Salon Policies
Appointments
All appointments made require a contact number for an appointment reminder. These are sent with 48 hours notice and I ask if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment I ask for 24 hours’ notice so that appointment place can be filled. Please do not bring anyone else to your appointment, friends or childern, they maybe asked to wait outside or appointment be cancelled which the No show policy will apply.

No shows and Cancellations
No show is not attending a scheduled appointment on time resulting in appointment not being fullfilled.
A late cancellation is cancelling with less then 12 hours notice resulting in your booking not being filled.

Existing clients
At Danika Durack Hair a No show or late cancellation incurs a cancellation fee of 40% of service cost. No future appointments will be offered till cancellation fee is paid.
New clients
Any new client that books an appointment and no shows or cancels with less then 12 hours notice on the first appointment will incur cancellation fee of 40% of service cost and may not be offered another appointment with Danika Durack Hair.
Deposits
A $100 booking fee is required for the following services; Colour corrections, services more then 3.5 hours and bridal/special event weekend bookings.
Arrivals
Please arrive on time or early to your scheduled appointment. If you are lost or running late, please call. Arriving late may result in your allocated time being reduced, or I may not be able to honour your appointment in the time remaining. It is essential that you contact if you will be running late so that I can try to accommodate you.
Service Guarantee
At Danika Durack Hair, I like to provide you with the best service possible. I strive to provide extensive consultations with clients to ensure that the end result is 100% to your satisfaction. However if you feel unhappy with your end result I allow 7 days to have your hair redone free of charge. This does not apply to a change of mind and you will be charged accordingly at my discretion.
