Please read below service agreement,if you agree with details below you can reserve your date online.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be sent a notification, please check your email for booked invoice and details how to pay booking fee.

BOOKING YOUR EVENT

To secure a date for special occasions, photo-shoots or weddings, the wedding date reservation is to be completed and a booking fee of $100 is due to be payed within 7 days. The fee is non-refundable this is to secure your date. Bookings must be a minimum value of $500 to book the day. Please be advised, dates and scheduled times will only be reserved when a signed contract and deposit are received. This booking fee will be put towards the clients total balance. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day, please refer to payment section. (Bridal trials and booking fees are two separate costs)

BOOKING TIMES

A start and end time will be agreed by client and The Curly Bird Hair Sanctuary. Each service (hair or makeup) requires a certain length of time to be finished, the usual time frame is approximately 45mins per person. All persons involved in the booking need to be available at the scheduled time.

Early morning fees: A $50 or 20% surcharge which ever is less will be charged for booked appointment times before 8:00am.

SERVICE LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS

Location of service for the day-of-event will be at the discretion of the client, but there are certain requirements The Curly Bird Hair Sanctuary needs to complete the service. A “set up” table/work area needs to be made available at said location. Working electrical outlets must also be made available for use. A high chair or bar stool is requested but not necessary for makeup services. Standard dining chair for hairdressing services is fine. Please let The Curly Bird Hair Sanctuary know if a chair cannot be provided.

The Curly Bird Hair Sanctuary will not be held liable for any injuries that should arise while on location. Remember to wear a button down shirt/silk dressing gown so you don't mess up your style while getting dressed.

TRAVEL FEE

Once location is given I will contact you with travel charge during the quote process.

TRIALS

A Hair or Make-up trial is available for Brides as well as their bridal party members, including but not limited to: Bridesmaids, mother of the bride and groom and extended family. NOTE: this service is limited to 1.hour. This is a separate service and is charged accordingly.

Trials are to be performed in salon.

Please call at least 5 days in advance to reschedule a trial should you not be able to attend.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

Services will be completed to client's satisfaction, but is not to exceed allotted time. Ample time is given for each service upon booking. Acceptance of completed service by client is acknowledgement by client that the Hair or makeup is done to his/her satisfaction.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The Curly Bird Hair Sanctuary reserves the right to terminate this contract for any non-compliance of terms, contract will become void. If The Curly Bird Hair Sanctuary cancels at any time or be unable to perform her duties for any reason, the booking fee paid will be fully refunded within two weeks. Client agrees that the refund of 100% of the booking fee is the only liability.

LIABILITY

All brushes, tools and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release the stylist/makeup artist, The Curly Bird Hair Sanctuary from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.

PAYMENT

The final balance is due on the day in the form of cash, unless otherwise payed in advance. The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) who has signed the booking contract. Payments made prior to the day can be made in the form of bank transfer, eftpos or cash. Payments made in advance made prior to the day are refundable if 30 days cancellation notice is given, Booking fee is non-refundable if client cancels for the booked date.
